Life Changes Aftercare is a joint outreach of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home and Lawnwood Memorial Park in Covington, Georgia.

The mission of the Life Changes outreach is to provide education, information and support to all grieving individuals and families that need it, to extend our reach into the community and provide support to anyone who asks, and to do so with dignity and ensuring all privacy for those who call upon us.

Our services are not limited to customers of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home or Lawnwood Memorial Park and are available to anyone in the community that may have a need.
